Purpose
We seek to coordinate a cohesive and consistent effort at Cornerstone to encourage and equip every member of our church community to live missionally, passionately sharing the life-transforming Good News of the Gospel in their day to day lives and as an organization.
Vision
We envision a church where every believer embraces their role as an ambassador for Christ, actively considering their callings within their homes, their work, our church, and our local community. We will fulfill our purpose through intentional training, sharing of Good News, and creating and sharing opportunities to make this happen.

Missional Living
Outreach is not the job of the committee, or a few robust outgoing people, it is how we live our lives. The committee’s role is to encourage and equip members of the congregation to live out that in their every day mission.This is where the description goes.
We are the trellis and not the vine
There are plenty of places where outreach is happening well at the church and in the local community. The outreach committee is to help encourage and sustain those efforts which are already effectively happening, creating structures to help members thrive.
Equipping
We will seek to help educate, and encourage the congregation to take their missional calling seriously.
Communicating
We will seek to communicate what outreach is already being done, so that others, church-wide, can join in on those efforts.
Community Engagement
We engage with our neighbors, seeking to understand their needs, challenges, and aspirations. By building authentic relationships, we create opportunities to share the Gospel.
