You have successfully registered your child for Reality Factor 2024! If you have more than one child attending, click HERE to to go back to the registration page.

Here are the next steps:

• Payment - The cost is $195 for the first child in a family, and each additional child is $180.
  • Option 1 - Turn cash or check (made out to Cornerstone) in to the church office.
  • Option 2 - Pay by Zelle (Look for us at giving@cornerstonepca.com and note payment is for Reality Factor)
• Insurance - Turn in a copy of your insurance card to the church office. We keep these on file, so if you have submitted one in the past and nothing has changed, you do not need to submit another one.
• NorthBay Health Form - Fill this form out HERE for each participant.
