Carolyn grew up in Baltimore, Maryland and moved to Pennsylvania 30 years ago after graduating college. She and her husband met at Messiah College where Carolyn graduated with a degree in Family Studies. She feels blessed to have grown up in a Christian family and does not know a time that she didn’t know Jesus.
Carolyn has always had a passion for children and peoples with special needs. When she first graduated college, Carolyn worked for Children and Youth Services in their foster care and child abuse investigation departments. Once she had children, Carolyn began substitute teaching and worked for local public and private schools. More recently, Carolyn worked as the Administrative Assistant for Landenberg Christian Academy where she learned the mechanics of administering a school. Cornerstone hired her in 2020 to be their Preschool Director. Carolyn loves spending time with her husband and four children, two of which have been recently married. In her spare time Carolyn enjoys coaching competitive gymnastics.
