Lent is a special time of year where we pay particular attention to the death and resurrection of Jesus. This Lent we want to invite you to join us in memorizing some of (or all of!!!) Romans 8:28-39. This passage is a powerful reflection on how the love of Jesus carries us through hardship to make us MORE THAN CONQUERORS through Christ. If you are ready to join us, here is what we are asking you to do:

Start memorizing. We encourage you to memorize the passage in the ESV (English Standard Version). If you are working on the entire passage, here is a suggested schedule:

February 21-28            Romans 8:28-29

March 1 -7                    Romans 8:30-31

March 8-14                   Romans 8:32-34

March 15-21                 Romans 8:35-36

March 22-28                 Romans 8:37-39

 

Each week post a short video (please hold phone horizontally) on our Facebook Group HERE of you and/or your family reciting the passage that week. If we have enough participation, we would like to make weekly compilation videos to use in the worship service each Sunday.
