Evangelical Christianity talks a lot about sin, which it should. Evangelical Christianity talks a lot about faith, which it should. But how much do we really talk about love? And why are there so many stories of churches getting ripped apart by angry conflict? And why are there so many stories of people abandoning the organized church altogether because of painful experience? We know that the Bible teaches that faith is the only way to salvation, but did you know that the Bible says that love is more significant than faith? Examining Galatians 5:6, (6 For in Christ Jesus neither circumcision nor uncircumcision counts for anything, but only faith working through love. Circumcision??) we will look at sin, faith, and love, digging more deeply into these questions about Love.
