Missions Month
Greg Hills, Mission to the World Northeast Regional Hub Director (and my former pastor), will kick off our Missions Month sermon series this Sunday.
“Missions exists because worship doesn’t.” This statement by John Piper strikes at the core of why we are called to do global missions. With nearly 3 billion people in the world still without access to the good news of Jesus Christ, the church’s task of missions is as important now as ever. During missions month we will dive into God’s word to get a glimpse of His heart for the world and hear first-hand from our missionaries about His work.
