  2. Re-read Ephesians 4:30-32. What does this passage have to say about the unique power that believers have to uproot bitterness from their hearts?
  3. Look up Isaiah 53:4-6. Spend some time meditating on what it means that Jesus was “crushed” for your iniquities.
